On the other hand, he is a mild-mannered missionary who during three of the past four summers accompanied his father, Bob, on evangelistic trips to the Philippines.
"In 2005, Timmy preached on one day to over 29,000 people and over 25,000 put their trust in Christ," said Bob Tebow, a Florida graduate who began his ministry 22 years ago.

Did you also see the Florida player interviewed after the game? I think it was Dallas Baker who had hand-written in black marker on his undershirt, "I can do all things through Christ." I'm pretty sure he was post-trib, historic pre-mill, modified covenantalist.
Of course, we're not really assigning reasons for victory or excuses for defeat here, but it did feel like the hand of God was against the Buckeyes. I don't remember seeing a poorer OSU performance... ever. God resisting the proud, perhaps?
I am thoroughly disgusted with the way Ohio State played. I wanted them to cream the gators so bad. Arrgghh.
Anyway, this does show that speed kills, and the teams in Florida have it to burn.
What a gray Ohio day. That was just miserable. (sigh) Several thoughts:
First it's obvious that Florida cheated. They hurt Ginn on purpose, they put rocks or sand or weights or something in the uniforms of our offensive linemen, they drugged Coach Tressel, and they somehow kidnapped Troy Smith and replaced him with Akili Smith. At least that's the word on the street.
Second, your explanation is plausible, Ben, but I was thinking it might have been divine judgment for Tressel's association with Cedarville. Hard to know, for sure.
Finally, Michigan must be even worse than we thought. :)
I was pulling for the Buckeyes on Monday but had to root against them on Tuesday night. . .go Badgers! We got this one, but I think Oden is going to be scary good by tournament time. Do you have a new email address yet?
Whoa...25,000 out of 29,000. Are you kidding me? Give the kid the microphone at the next BCS game then.
Perhaps I'm just slow in finding out, but did you know that Ginn was injured during the celebration of his touchdown return? Ouch.
When a saw a replay of the play (after the injury was confirmed), I wondered if that was the case. He got dogpiled by exuberant teammates.
