Piper's Next Books
If you haven't delved into The Swans Are Not Silent series, you're missing a great opportunity to be overwhelmed with guilt for not reading enough biographies. This Volume IV will no doubt pierce my heart again. I strongly suspect that the title of the second, God Is the Gospel: Meditations on the Love of God as the Gift of Himself, speaks powerfully for itself. i love being laden with guilt. that's one of the reasons i read so much piper. he's my protestant version of self-flagellation.
