What Do You Get When You Cross Theological Liberalism with Emerging Terminology?
I'm thinking something like this. I snapped the photo on my walk home from lunch.
Did you hear Hillary's official announcement to run for president? It was full of this stuff; she invited us to enter a conversation with her. Just slightly less yucky than this.
Yeah Paul. It made me wonder if she's dropping religious code words to appeal to left-leaning evangelicals the way Republicans have done for the right-wingers for so long.
Since it's been used to death in the last few years, let's have a conversation about a moratorium on the word "conversation." I'd also add the word "mosaic" to the list. Other recommendations?
I agree Ben and Paul, I think we are about to see a majority of presidential candidates who have suddenly found their religious roots...in name at least.
yucky.

ReplyDeletemeta anything, post anything, contour anything, dialogue, and the list goes on.

ReplyDeleteJosh,
ReplyDeleteExcept for the fact that I'm trying to convert you.
